Built in 1905 with clapboard siding, The Winston stands out as a unique building in the Pike/Pine corridor of Capitol Hill. The 3-story building holds 20 apartments and multiple retails spaces on the “garden” level. The Winston has long been home to oldest Lesbian bar in the country, the Wildrose.

 

Purchased in 2000, AMP sold The Winston in 2012 to a like-minded owner who has committed to maintaining this historic building.
