Built in 1907 in Seattle's historic auto-row on Capitol Hill, Anne Michelson Properties purchased the building in 1996.
Since it's construction,1423 10th Ave has housed a wide array of different businesses. It was previously part of a polyester fiber manufacturer called JenCelLite or the Warm Company.
From 2000 to 2005 it housed the manufacturing facility for Crescent Downworks, a custom-order down jacket and vest company founded by Anne in 1974.
Some current tenants include: Supergenius Tattoo, Sweatbox Yoga and Rain Ceramics.
