Formally known as BCT building, this building is located 3433-3435 4th Avenue South near Spokane Street.  This is Anne Michelson Properties' first building in Seattle's SODO neighborhood.  There are two buildings on this site.  3433 is a masonry building built in 1949, has street facing retail and a large warehouse/manufacturing facility.   3435 is a large wood framed building.  It's high ceilings and large doors provide a versatile space suitable for space for manufacturing, automotive repair, industrial work or art studio.
